What is Sublimation? 

In sublimation, the crest, lettering, numbers, and the overall jersey design are permanently dyed into the fabric during the manufacturing process. This is achieved through heat and pressure, which convert solid dye into gas and infuse it directly into the fibers of the polyester material. Because the design becomes part of the fabric itself, there is no added weight, no peeling or cracking over time, and the garment maintains its natural stretch and breathability.

Sublimation allows for unlimited design possibilities, including full-color gradients, photographic images, intricate patterns, and special effects that cannot be achieved with traditional cut-and-sew construction, embroidery, or screen printing. Logos and numbers remain sharp and detailed, even with complex artwork. Another key advantage is durability: since the colors are infused into the fibers, they remain vibrant after repeated washing and heavy use, making sublimation especially popular for high-performance team sports.
