This jersey is custom made in any color combination. Minimum order is 12 jerseys. Flat price shown is for basic construction as pictured. Create your jersey design using the online customizer button below. Save your jersey design using the "Share" button above the design and copy the share link and paste it into the box for Share Link below.
CUSTOMIZE
Custom dye sublimated hockey jersey made to your specifications in any color combination. 150 denier AK Knit (airknit) fabric with two-ply shoulders and reinforced seams. Other fabrics available, call for pricing.
Flat price includes all decoration for numbers, letters, team name, logos, sponsors, any number of colors (Individual player names add $7.00 per jersey). NO SET-UP CHARGES.
You choose the jersey colors in any combination. Your numbers, lettering and team logos are dyed directly into the fabric.
Sizes: Youth S-XL (-$2.00), Adult S-5XL (over XXL adds $4.00/size) plus Adult Goalie cut L-5XL (add $4.00 for goalie cut up to XXL, then +$4.00/size).
Custom made to order. Minimum order quantity is 12 jerseys, allow four to five weeks for production plus delivery time.

- If your order includes decorated in-stock items (with your own numbers, names, logos) and/or custom made garments, the minimum order quantity is 12 garments of the same color/decoration specifications.
- Some categories and products may have different minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirements.
- Your order may be cancelled if it does not meet these requirements.
- Before we make your uniform we will send you a mock-up for your approval. Extra charges may apply. Allow four to five weeks for production time since the order is placed and mock-up is approved.
