- Orders for in-stock undecorated items ship within 24-48 hours, but please allow aproximately four weeks for the production of any custom or decorated garments. Contact us if you have questions about shipping times before placing an order.
- If your order includes decorated in-stock items (with your own numbers, names, logos) and/or custom made garments, the minimum order quantity is 12 garments of the same color/decoration specifications (MOQ)
- Some categories and products may have different minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirements, including No Minimum Order products.
- Your order may be cancelled if it does not meet these requirements.
- Before we make your uniform we will send you a mock-up for your approval. Extra charges may apply. Allow four to five weeks for production time since the order is placed and mock-up is approved.
