That's why we are committed to processing orders within 24-48 hours for all in-stock, undecorated items (varies by manufacturer). For those of you opting for customization with unique lettering or numbering, please allow approximately four to six weeks for production. Then, sit back and relax as your order is shipped to you within 2-7 business days, depending on your chosen shipping method.

We're also excited to share that we offer free ground shipping within the continental United States for orders over a certain amount. This applies to A4 Apparel orders over $250.00, Holloway Sportswear orders over $270.00, Athletic Knit orders over $450.00, Undecorated Teamwork Athletic orders over $150.00, and Badger Sports orders over $270.00. For all other manufacturers, you only pay the actual cost of freight, with no hidden handling charges.
Whether you prefer UPS ground, 2-Day, 3-Day Select, or Next Day Air, we can cater to your shipping preference. And since our products ship from various locations, delivery times can vary based on your location and the manufacturer's shipping location. Don't worry, we'll always choose the closest location to you for speedy delivery.
Now, let's talk about order cancellations. We understand that circumstances change. If you need to cancel your order, you can do so with a 10% cancellation fee (with a $35 minimum cancellation fee), as long as your artwork hasn't been approved and entered into production.
As for returns and exchanges, we've got you covered there too! You have up to 30 days to return your purchase. Please note that custom-made or decorated apparel, as well as sizing samples, are non-returnable unless you follow through with a team order.
Non-defective items can be returned or exchanged as long as they're unworn, undecorated, and in their original condition. A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective items. However, if we determine that an item is defective in manufacturing, we'll replace it at our expense, making sure you get exactly what you ordered.
Just keep in mind, before returning any items, you'll need to contact us to get a return authorization (RA) number. This number should be clearly marked on the outside of the returned package and on the shipping label.
One final note: Please carefully inspect all aspects of your custom order, including the art proof approval, before proceeding to manufacturing. Once an item is printed or worn, it cannot be returned. Also, due to health and safety concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges on face masks, bandanas, or gaiters.
