Steps for ordering custom jerseys and uniforms
STEP 1: Request A Quote / Mock-up
Most of our customers request a quote via the quote request form you see on the page. Quotes can also be given by sending a text to our Sales Team at (888) 202-3117. Either way an itemized Estimate will be shared via email. The initial estimate gives a good overall cost for the order including any set-up fees and shipping costs.
Once an estimate is in our system our artwork department will start generating the proof. We typically send customers a proof of the jersey/uniform design (mock-up) along with the estimate prior to an order being placed. This mock-up is not the final art-proof that we will put into manufacturing, it's meant to help customers get a sense of the final product before placing an order.
A finalized estimate includes the complete team roster with corresponding numbers, player names etc for each size. Custom artwork will need to be finalized at this time (More info: How To Send Us Artwork). Once the estimate is updated it will be emailed back for review and approval.
STEP 2: Invoicing & Payment
Once the estimate has been approved we'll generate an invoice you will be able to pay online. This invoice will include the finalized roster and mock-up along with payment link will be emailed. (More info: Details on the payment methods accepted, shipping costs and our return policy)
STEP 3: Production & Shipment
Once the order has been processed a paid invoice will be available for download. The order will be scheduled into production at this time and no roster or design changes can be made. If a final design / proof needs to be made this will be shared with the custom prior to production start. Custom items or stock items that are going to be customized with lettering or numbering take approximately four to six weeks for production. Then allow 2-7 days for shipping depending on what method you choose to ship.
Uniform options that fit your budget.
Low cost: The most affordable option is to get the practice jerseys in a solid color or with a contrasting shoulder. You you can add a screen printed logo and numbers or even get them blank. Blank jerseys typically ship in 24 hours.
Mid-range: We have many styles that make your jerseys look more professional if the low cost jerseys look too basic for you. In this same price range you can go for a more traditional look but getting a tougher fabric that adds the durability of a heavier knit body and sleeves, plus heavyweight mesh underarm inserts. Again, you can always decorate them by adding logos, names and numbers.
High End: In this category we find Heavyweight 100% polyester air-knit fabric with double-reinforced shoulders and elbows as well as the cut and sew jerseys that are made from scratch based on your colors and your preferred striping pattern. Add patches or tackle twill logos, names and numbers for a professional look. You can get sublimated uniforms, a great option if you have a multiple color logo (or more than one logo), custom letters for the names and numbers or if you want to create a jersey with your own design.
