All custom sublimated football uniforms are made to order, which allows you to choose the colors in any combination. Our custom sublimated football jerseys and pants are made to the highest standard for quality and durability. The body of the football jersey is made from our heavy-duty 100% polyester rice mesh, the yoke (shoulder and sleeve) is 100% polyester double-thickness dazzle cloth, and the side inserts are made from our 91% polyester/9% Spandex PolyFlex™ fabric.

All custom sublimated football uniforms are made to your exact specifications for colors, style and fabric. One flat price includes all decoration for numbers on the back, front and shoulders, team name, logos, sponsors, etc., no limit on number of colors with no set up charges!

Our custom sublimated football jerseys are available in your choice of two sleeve styles: regular sleeve and cap sleeve or "lineman" cut. Knitted sleeve and neck trims, elastic sleeve ends and arm gussets are available at no extra charge.

About Dye Sublimated Football Uniforms

Dye sublimation is a process in which all design elements including logos, lettering, numbers, team names, sponsor logos, etc. are dyed directly into the fabric. This has the advantage of being permanant, and actually becomes part of the fabric as opposed to screen printing which will eventually wear off and deteriorate. It also makes the football jersey very lightweight and breathable.
